From Burroman Flat, drive down River Road towards Shallow Crossing.
Between Brooman and Nelligen is Shallow Crossing. It’s a beautiful long concrete water crossing, beside a popular camping ground.

There are many places to drive, often used as a break on days when you'd like the aircon.
There are many fire trails and other tracks coming off each dirt road.
There are many old trees, these huge trees were left untouched as they were kept for preservations or too big to remove from the forest in the logging horse and cart days.

Old Blotchy is just off the highway near Termeil. It’s a relatively easy drive, 4wd not required if driven to road conditions. Drive south approx 3km from Termeil Petrol Station on the Highway, (if you reach Stephens Creek you’ve gone too far).
Approach is only from the southbound lane as there are concrete barriers in the middle. Take Eighteen Mile Peg Road & Old Blotchy Road. Walk the last 200m uphill from the mini car park spot.
During the storms in 2021 a huge branch fell from the canopy, it can be seen on the ground nearby.

Drive down Four Mile Forest Road about 3.8km. Looking into the valley, it’s on the left about 100m off the road.

The nearest beach is Bawley Point.
Other beautiful beaches are: Pebbly Beach, Durras (North or South), Meroo and Pretty Beach.
Ulladulla is the nearest place for recreational shops and large chain supermarkets.
